We need volunteers to call voters in Lake Forest. THERE IS AN ELECTION FOR CITY COUNCIL ON 1/2/18. Right, that is just a few weeks away. There is one Democrat running, David Glick, and three Republicans and a NPP. We want the Democrat to WIN. But he needs our help to reach out to voters so they know there is an election and a Democrat who can win.
Please sign up to do some shifts on the phone bank. You don’t need any experience, it is a lot easier than most folks think it is. Just bring your cell phone and your charger.
ALL YOU SMART FOLKS ARE THINKING, WHO THE HECK IS DAVE GLICK?
The Executive Board voted to endorse Dave and have the Club work to elect him even though the time frame is not ideal. The Club is not taking a position on the Recall itself, but it is expected to pass given the strange date for the election and the number of people who signed the petitions.
