About the presenter: Justin Berardino has worked for the O.C. Registrar of Voters for 18 years. As the Operations Manager, he oversees Election Services, Candidate and Voter Services, and IT. Justin has been involved in elections since the ‘punch card’ era and has witnessed the progress and innovations in Orange County over the years. He has also been part of the team working to improve election security in Orange County.
