The Canyon Democrats cover a wide range of communities: Trabuco, Santiago, Silverado, Modjeska and Dove Canyons, Foothill Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo and others!
In order to keep things focused, we’ve created Community Focus Groups to give our members a way to network with each other for issues and campaigns that matter to their neighborhoods. Our focus groups:
- Provide a forum to discuss local issues
- Identify community leaders on local City Councils and Boards
- Attend meetings and/or listen to them live or online later
- Draft Resolutions for consideration by the Canyon Democrats
- Keep group members informed about ways to take action
- Keep Canyon Dem Club informed about important local issues
- Search for potential candidates for City Councils and Boards
- Have fun doing all of the above
