This is an exciting time for Democrats with a number of potential presidential candidates.  Join us as we celebrate our strengths and collectively say to Donald Trump, “You’re fired!”

In the spirit of unity, please show respect for all of our Democratic candidates.  In 2020, there may be a Democratic candidate who:

  • Isn’t your first choice
  • You don’t consider to be 100% ideologically pure
  • Has made mistakes in her/his life
  • Might not be the most exciting to you
  • Has some ideas you are uncomfortable with

Ultimately, we all have the same goal: defeat Trump. Now is the time to put the negative energy behind us and unite around the Democratic nominee so we can take back our country!

The Pledge

We must defeat Donald Trump. The first step is a primary contest that produces a strong Democratic nominee. The second step is winning the general election. We will not accept anything less. To ensure this outcome, pledge to:

Make the primary constructive. We’ll make the primary election about our hopes for the future, and a robust debate of values, vision and the contest of ideas. We’ll remain grounded in our shared values, even if we support different candidates. 

Rally behind the winner. We’ll support the ultimate Democratic nominee, whoever it is — period. No Monday morning quarterbacking. No third-party threats. 

Do the work to beat Trump. We’re the grassroots army that’s going to power the nominee to victory, and we’ll show up to make calls, knock doors, and do whatever it takes.
